Built on one very ordinary frustration
It started with a simple observation: almost every household in South Bangalore had a chimney that no longer pulled properly, and almost nobody could find someone who actually knew how to fix it. Brand service centres were slow. Local handymen guessed.
So we did the opposite of what everyone else did — instead of servicing every appliance under the sun, we chose two. Kitchen chimneys and gas hobs. Every day, on every brand, until the diagnosis became second nature.
Today that focus shows up in small ways that matter: the right spare already in the van, a fault identified before the tools come out, and a job that finishes in one visit instead of three.
