For a typical Indian kitchen we recommend a basic clean every three months and a full deep clean every six to eight months. If you fry or temper daily — or run a restaurant or cloud kitchen — deep cleaning every two to three months keeps the motor healthy and prevents the expensive failures.
Usually not. In most cases the blower wheel and duct are choked with hardened grease, and a proper deep clean restores full suction. A motor is only replaced when it is electrically dead, seized, or drawing abnormal current — and we show you the test before recommending it.
This is almost always the hydraulic lift motor weakening or the door hinge misaligning — not the glass itself. We test the motor under load and replace only the hydraulic unit where possible, rather than the whole door assembly.
In most cases, yes. We keep a wide stock of universal motors, filters, touch panels and glass, and can modify or adapt a compatible part when the exact original spare is no longer manufactured.

Yellow flames mean the gas is not mixing with enough air — normally caused by a blocked jet, a clogged burner port or a misaligned air shutter. It wastes gas, blackens your vessels and should be corrected. It is a routine fix, usually done in a single visit.
Yes. This is typically a worn igniter, a damp or dirty spark plug point, or a blocked burner jet. We clean, test and replace only the failed part, so you are not paying for a whole new burner assembly.
